RN Supervisor at Western Hills Retirement Village

The Nursing Supervisor at a long-term care facility in Cincinnati's west side community will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality care for residents, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, monitor compliance with regulations, assist in staff recruitment and retention, develop policies, participate in quality improvement initiatives, conduct evaluations, and engage in interdisciplinary meetings.

Qualifications include an RN license, 3 years of clinical experience, supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, knowledge of regulations, clinical assessment abilities, CPR certification, and physical capabilities to assist with resident care.

The role involves working in a clinical setting, lifting up to 50 pounds, working weekends and holidays, being on-call, and managing a fast-paced environment.
