Contract LPN

The LPN at River Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center plays a key role in developing and adjusting resident care plans, delivering high-quality routine care under RN supervision.

Qualifications include completion of an approved nursing program, current Minnesota LPN license, and CPR certification.

Preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted living.
