Cath Lab Technician

The Cath Lab Technician position at Wilkes Barre General Hospital involves assisting physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures and other interventional procedures to diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities include preparing equipment, monitoring patients, ensuring patient care and safety, and supporting the efficiency of the cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Qualifications include 1-2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or cardiovascular diagnostic setting, proficiency in cardiovascular procedures and patient monitoring, and relevant certifications such as CVT, CRT, RN, BCLS, and ACLS.
