HVAC Quality Control Tech

HVAC INSTALL QUALITY CONTROL TECH

John Moore is currently looking to hire an experienced HVAC technician or

Senior Lead Installer for our Quality Control position. We will provide the

proper help and support to help you succeed as a leader.

John Moore is offering up to $5000 Sign on bonus for qualified

candidates!

Job Duties:

·

Assist install manager, HVAC Supervisor, and

license holder to deliver proper training, teaching, and coaching to all installers,

to become the best installer they can be.

·

Helping and ensuring to deliver quality installs

while working with our install desk, license holder and our quality control

team.

·

Working with our customer care department to

ensure that customers get what is right for them.

·

Supplying installers with proper training and

tools to be successful, (this includes the HVAC division as a whole).

·

Inspect all installs on a variety of equipment

including refrigeration, air conditioning, heating units, heat pumps and

hermetic compressors.

·

Travel to job sites, work with install desk to

ensure schedule is maintained and delays are communicated to customers.

·

Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety

equipment in vehicle.

·

Accurately document all installed equipment upon

arrival: make, model, serial number, necessary test and take pictures as

necessary.

Job Requirements:

·

EPA certified - Universal

·

Minimum of 5 years of Residential HVAC

experience

·

TDLR - registered with state of Texas

·

Valid driver's license - no DWIs within the Past

5 years

·

Clean background - no felonies within the past 7

years

·

Able to pass drug test

Preferred Requirements:

·

Experience as a Quality Control tech is a plus
