The Boeing Company’s Workforce Planning and Intelligence organization is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Workforce Specialist to join the team in Berkeley, MO, Auburn, WA, Renton, WA, Everett, WA or North Charleston, SC.

This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to develop governance frameworks, and a passion for continuous improvement in workforce planning capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-wide workforce planning projects, ensuring alignment with business and HR priorities. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of enterprise-wide workforce planning projects, ensuring alignment with business and Human Resources (HR) priorities

Establish project management frameworks, timelines, and milestones to track progress, mitigate risks, and drive accountability

Own program reporting, providing clear visibility into key initiatives, risks, and dependencies

Develop and manage executive operating rhythms, including strategic reviews, leadership meetings, and reporting cadences

Facilitate alignment between workforce planning activities and business forecasting, talent management, and financial planning cycles

Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity in decision-making

Lead high-impact initiatives focused on enhancing workforce planning capabilities, processes, and technologies

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize workforce planning efforts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in workforce planning strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in Human Resources

3+ years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods

3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1+ years of experience executing strategic workforce planning strategies

Experience with workforce planning methodologies and tools

Experience developing and presenting executive level presentations/briefings

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $80,750 - $117,300
