Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Lead/Architect to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge mobile applications across Flutter, iOS (Swift/Objective-C), and Android (Java/Kotlin) platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strong architectural vision, and the ability to mentor and inspire a team of talented mobile developers.

You will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable mobile solutions that seamlessly integrate with both front-end and back-end systems. Experience with Bluetooth-based features and Single Sign-On (SSO) is mandatory, as these technologies are core to our product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable mobile architectures for cross-platform and native applications.

Drive the integration of advanced features such as Bluetooth connectivity and Single Sign-On (SSO).

Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to a team of mobile developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions.

Oversee the entire mobile app lifecycle—from planning and architecture to coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

Stay updated with emerging technologies, development trends, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.

Proven expertise in Flutter, iOS (Swift/Objective-C), and Android (Java/Kotlin) development.

Hands-on experience with Bluetooth-based features and integration.

Deep understanding and implementation experience of Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.).

Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, and mobile security.

Experience leading teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing engineering excellence.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
