**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will help transform large coils of metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and steel into smaller coils or large sheets using specialized machinery. Our facility operates under a Union agreement, with membership benefits commencing after 90 days.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate machinery to cut large metal coils into smaller coils or large sheets.

+ Participate in the crating process, placing metal on crates for loading.

+ Cross-train in the use of forklifts, overhead cranes, and machine operations.

+ Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring no lifting over 50 lbs.

+ Collaborate with team members to maintain production efficiency.

**Essential Skills**

+ Past experience in manufacturing.

+ Willingness to work required overtime.

+ Comfortable working with large metal coils.

+ Basic English knowledge (bilingual is acceptable).

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in machine setup.

+ Experience working with metal coils.

**Work Environment**

Work in a dynamic manufacturing facility equipped with overhead cranes and machinery designed to handle large metal coils. Our team consists of 20 production employees who collaborate in a bustling environment. The facility allows trucks to drive in for loading, enhancing efficiency in operations.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Germantown, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
