**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment and finishing processes. Your role will include inspecting finished products to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design specifications. Additionally, you will perform routine cleaning of machines to maintain optimal performance and longevity, as well as conduct minor repairs when necessary. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate material usage counts for all products within the department, while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and maintain production equipment and finishing processes.
+ Inspect finished products for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design specifications.
+ Perform routine cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
+ Conduct minor repairs when necessary.
+ Maintain accurate material usage counts on all products within the department.
+ Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 1 year of experience as a machine operator working with wood.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Proficiency in woodworking.

**Work Environment**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.
- all jobs are posted internally for a week before going external
- candidates need to be in current role for 3 mo. before applying to new role.
- 10 paid holidays
- 1 paid volunteer day per year
401K:
100% up to 3%
50% from 4% - 6%
Profit Sharing:
- somewhere between 1.5% - 3% of base salary
- strong job tenure of employees ( just had someone retire after 12 years)
- 3% pay increase after 6mo.
- annual review and raises in March ( 3% - 6% based on company performance)
- Cater in lunch every week
- Monthly 1:1 to see what candidates what to do in next role/ what they need help in
** If pay does not line up with what candidates are looking for they will try and give them extra PTO or sign on bonuses**
