Salesforce Technical Architect

About the Role

Lisinski is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong developer background to lead the architecture and solutioning of a new, fully custom-built module on the Salesforce platform. Our environment is data and document heavy, and we’re looking for someone who can design scalable, high-performance solutions that streamline complex legal workflows. We use Litify, a legal management platform built on Salesforce, to power our operations—experience with Litify is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to architect robust, maintainable, and automated Salesforce solutions in a highly customized environment.

What You’ll DoArchitectural Leadership

+ Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture for custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components and integrations.

+ Set technical standards and best practices for scalable, high-performing implementations.

+ Mentor and guide developers and admins across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Solution & Process Design

+ Architect business processes involving large volumes of custom fields and document-centric workflows.

+ Build automation for document generation, e-signature, OCR, and secure sharing.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.

+ Translate business needs into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions using both native features and custom development.

+ Lead technical design sessions and produce detailed architecture documentation.

What We’re Looking For

+ 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, with a strong foundation in custom development.

+ Experience with Litify or similar legal management platforms is a major plus.

+ Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, automation, and integration strategies.

+ Experience designing solutions for document-heavy, data-intensive environments.

+ Strong communication and leadership skills to work cross-functionally with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $120.00/hr.
