TEKsystems is currently hiring for an Organization Change Manager for a HYBRID ONSITE role in Columbus Ohio. We will NOT consider out of market candidates for this role.
Description
The Organizational Change Manager would be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure organizational projects and initiatives meet their objectives, focusing on the people side of change. This role involves preparing, supporting, and equipping employees to adopt and utilize changes, while also anticipating and minimizing resistance. They would also work to create a change management process and implement tools to help all personnel adopt changes, support communication efforts, and assess the impact of changes on employees, including manager and supervisor readiness.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Change Strategy Development: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize stakeholder adoption and minimize resistance.
Communication and Engagement: Support communication efforts to inform employees about changes, including the impact and mitigation strategies.
Impact Assessment: Analyze the impact of changes on employees, managers, and supervisors, including their readiness and ability to implement changes.
Training and Documentation: Develop training programs and documentation to help leaders implement changes and make transitions easier for employees.
Resistance Management: Identify and manage internal and external resistance to proposed changes.
Change Management Process Implementation: Implement change management procedures at an organizational level.
Role Definition: Assist management in defining employee roles and responsibilities after implementing changes.
Issue Identification and Reporting: Identify and report issues arising from change implementation.
Success Measurement: Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of implemented changes.
Project Management Support: Partner with project teams to ensure successful change implementation.
Stakeholder Management: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns related to change.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, build relationships, and engage stakeholders.
Change Management Expertise: Knowledge of change management methodologies, principles, and tools.
Project Management Skills: Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, assess impact, and identify potential risks.
Leadership Skills: Ability to influence and motivate others, and to lead change initiatives.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems related to change implementation.
Organizational and Political Acumen: Understanding of organizational dynamics and how to navigate political landscapes.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
