Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Salesperson to join our vibrant team! In this customer-facing role, you’ll assist clients with inquiries and orders related to cut-to-size plastics, custom fabrication, laser cutting, and CNC routing services. No prior industry experience? No problem—we’re committed to training individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person

Accurately enter fabrication and custom order details

Assist with inventory management and material stocking

Handle POS transactions, invoicing, quoting, and general store tasks

What You Bring to the Table

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities

Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally

Openness to learning how to operate a sit-down forklift (training provided by client)

Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software (POS systems, email, task manager, basic drawing tools like CorelDRAW)

Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
