Estimator

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Estimator to join our team at our headquarters in Beaver Dam, WI.

This pivotal role involves reviewing project plans, soliciting bids, and assembling proposals for final review. As an Estimator, you will evaluate bids, attend prebid meetings, and develop strong client relationships, ensuring the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and contracts. Conceptual estimating experience is a plus.
