Are you a people-first leader who thrives in fast-paced, service-oriented environments? Propel Swim Academy is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to guide our team and support daily operations.
Why This Role Matters: You’ll lead shift operations, coach Swim Instructors and Deck Supervisors, and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every swimmer and family.
What You’ll Do:
Manage 2–3 shifts per week as Manager on Duty
Work 2–3 shifts per week as a Swim Instructor or Deck Supervisor
Schedule staff, coach team members, and coordinate training
Handle on-call shift support during your scheduled days
Engage with swimmers and families and uphold our safety and quality standards
In-Water Work Requirement: Our managers teach lessons weekly, especially during onboarding. You must love working with kids and be ready to jump in when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in a leadership role (retail, swim school, or hospitality preferred)
Excellent communication and team management skills
CPR, Lifeguard, or Pool Operator certification (or willingness to earn one)
