Position: Project Manager
Duration: 6 to 7 Months (Starting June)
Type: Contract with possibility of conversion to FTE (Full Time Employee)
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of assigned projects—ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
**MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL to either Rome, GA or Waco, TX and be ONSITE at one of these locations for the duration of the project for 6-7 months. **
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all phases of project lifecycle from planning through completion.
Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with safety regulations, client expectations, quality standards, and profitability targets.
Provide strategic direction and daily support to project teams and subcontractors.
Coordinate project resources, schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Monitor project performance and proactively address issues related to scope, cost, and timelines.
Manage estimating, change orders, cost control, and risk mitigation processes.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction project management, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, planning, change management, and budget control.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and leadership levels.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
PMP certification is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Background in material handling systems, mechanical and electrical engineering, fabrication, and/or industrial construction is highly desirable.
