Rotating Equipment Engineer

Seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rotating equipment within industrial and/or chemical manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain performance of rotating equipment (pumps, blowers, gearboxes).

Provide technical support and supervise a small team.

Maintain reliability KPIs and lead the Predictive Maintenance Team.

Develop and implement reliability project scopes.

Track and address reliability issues and provide cost-effective solutions.

Lead Root Cause Analysis and improve documentation.

Ensure compliance with OSHA and collaborate with EHS.

Complete reliability improvement projects and suggest system enhancements.

Perform additional duties and develop training materials.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in onsite rotating equipment reliability

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Ability to read and comprehend mechanical schematics and P&ID's

Strong communication skills.
