This is an in-office position, 5 days a week in Rogers, AR

Position Overview

The Senior BI Specialist is a combination of advanced technical skills with leadership and client-facing responsibilities. This role delivers impactful business intelligence solutions, mentors junior team members, and supports BI strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Translate business needs into actionable insights and BI strategies, collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Design, develop, and implement advanced BI solutions, including dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Conduct deep-dive data analysis to extract insights that drive business decisions and efficiency.

Mentor and support junior BI team members, promoting best practices and skill development.

Collaborate with BI leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals and client needs.

Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all BI activities.

Stay current with BI trends and technologies, proactively recommending improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.

Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar; Python experience is a plus.

Experience with CPG and Retailer data is a MUST.

Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects or client engagements simultaneously.

Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus.

Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and big data platforms is advantageous.
