Location: Albany, NY (Day 1 Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Developer for a long-term project based in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution design, customization, data management, and performance optimization within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Onsite work is required from Day 1.

Primary Skills & Experience Required

60 months of experience in Dynamics Solution Design and Architecture

Design and implement complex solutions using Dynamics 365

Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems

84 months of experience in Customization and Development

Develop custom plugins, workflows, and scripts

Build and maintain applications using Power Apps and Power Automate

84 months of experience in Data Management

Manage data migration, integration, and synchronization between Dynamics 365 and other systems

Ensure data integrity and enforce best practices for data governance

60 months of experience in Performance Optimization

Identify and resolve system performance issues

Optimize configurations and customizations for scalability and efficiency

24 months of experience in Collaboration and Leadership

Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365

Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams

12 months of experience in Testing and Quality Assurance

Conduct thorough testing of customizations and integrations

Implement automated testing frameworks where applicable

60 months of experience in Documentation and Training

Document technical designs, processes, and solutions

Train end-users and technical staff on new features and functionalities

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, Power Platform, and enterprise integration frameworks

Demonstrated leadership experience in complex, enterprise-level projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
