CSP has partnered with a dynamic healthcare organization seeking an experienced HR Planning Manager to support strategic HR initiatives and executive operations. Reporting to the SVP/Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), this role partners closely with HR leaders and other departments to streamline processes, manage key projects, and oversee HR budgeting and board-related activities. This role requires candidates to be on-site in Owings Mills, MD with potential for remote work over time.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic HR initiatives by managing projects, tracking timelines, and ensuring execution in alignment with organizational goals.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations and efficiency
Support budget development and ongoing management for HR, Occupational Health, and Benefits, including collaboration with Finance on budget tools and performance tracking.
Prepare and coordinate executive and board-level communications, presentations, and meeting materials, including advanced use of PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data tracking and analysis.
Serve as liaison for Compensation Committee activities, ensuring timely preparation and distribution of materials.
Act as a key partner to the CHRO in advancing initiatives, managing executive meetings, and preparing summaries and reports.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
3–5 years of professional experience in business or HR project management.
Experience working with executive leadership and boards is strongly preferred.
Proficient skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and discretion with confidential information.
