Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the development of innovative, performance-focused creative strategies across paid channels, blending sharp brand thinking with a bias toward results. You’ll work closely with clients, designers, and media buyers to ensure that our creative doesn’t just look good, it performs.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of creative strategy experience, including at least 1 year in performance marketing or paid media. You’ve seen what it takes to build thumb-stopping ads that convert and you know how to connect brand storytelling with growth objectives.

What You'll Do:

Lead Creative Strategy: Own the creative strategy process for a portfolio of clients, aligning brand identity with performance goals across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.

Creative Concepting & Campaign Development: Develop compelling, insight-driven campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results.

Client-Facing Leadership: Serve as a strategic partner to clients: presenting concepts, communicating creative rationale, and helping them navigate the world of performance creative.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with designers, editors, and paid media buyers to ensure alignment across strategy, execution, and performance outcomes.

Performance Analysis & Iteration: Interpret performance data to evaluate creative effectiveness and guide optimizations and new rounds of testing.

Creative Workshops: Lead collaborative ideation sessions with clients and our internal teams to unlock new ideas and deepen alignment.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in a creative or strategy role within a digital marketing or advertising agency.

1+ years of experience working directly with paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), with a clear understanding of how creative impacts performance.

Strong creative instincts with the ability to link storytelling and design to tangible business outcomes.

Confident client communicator with the ability to distill insights and present creative ideas persuasively.

Experience working on e-commerce or DTC brands is a strong plus.

Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, though this is not a design role.

Portfolio or examples of past campaigns, especially those tied to performance metrics, are highly encouraged.
