Documented experience with Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall approaches.

ServiceNow- CSM, ITSM, SPM– know the platform like the back of hand.

Organizational skills are on point, will be leading multiple programs and projects at the same time.

PMP, ITIL, and Agile certs ServiceNow certs are a major flex.
