Compliance Engineering Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Engineering Manager to take ownership of product approvals, certification processes, and compliance programs for a multi-site manufacturing organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role — managing internal labs, guiding new product development for compliance, and working directly with global certifying agencies (ISO-UL-VSA-NSF-ETL-CE) and more.

What You'll Do:

Own & manage product certifications across global markets

Partner with engineering, quality, manufacturing & agency partners

Lead internal & external labs to ensure world-class testing and compliance

Advise executive leadership on global sustainability & compliance strategies
