Microsoft Engineer

Hybrid Role: LA/TX/CA

6 months contract to Hire - Candidate must be eligible to work on W2 without sponsorship

Required Qualifications:

Must be Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert OR Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

8+ years of hands-on experience with MS 365 engineering.

3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 within banking/financial services

Experience with M365 applications like Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), etc.

Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools experience is required.

PowerShell scripting

Experience with hybrid identity setups, Azure AD Connect, and secure cloud migration.

Automation experience required
