We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Programmer responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for 3 and 4-axis machining operations. This role is key to ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality production while collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and edit CNC programs using CAM software (Mastercam (Cloud NC is a plus)

Design tooling and fixtures as needed for complex parts.

Optimize tool paths, feeds, and speeds to reduce cycle time and tool wear.

Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Read and interpret complex blueprints and 3D CAD models.

Maintain accurate setup sheets, tool lists, and documentation.

Lead process improvement initiatives and suggest (DFM) design-for-manufacturability changes.

Required skills and experience:

Minimum 5–10 years of CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment. Aerospace and Defense work is a plus.

Expert knowledge of G-code and CNC machine operation.

Proficient in CAM software (Mastercam).

Familiarity with GD&T and ISO standards.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Relative experience in Mastercam.

Preferred Experience:

Programming 3 and 4-axis machining centers.

Working in regulated industries (e.g., Aerospace and Defense).

Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (GlobalShop).

Proficient in SolidWorks for models and drawings.
