Role/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to guide our customers through SAP S4HANA version upgrade journeys. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP technologies, particularly S/4HANA, and excel in delivering complex transformation programs. This role requires a strong focus on managing change management plans, facilitating roadmap discussions, addressing technical debt, and ensuring smooth execution of upgrade initiatives. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this position.
Minimum Requirements:
SAP Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP modules, processes, and technologies.
Project Management Expertise: Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Change Management: Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies for SAP implementations.

Pay and Benefits:
Pay Range Minimum: $82,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: 169,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
