You'll work across departments, break down silos, and turn messy processes into clean claims. This is more than a billing job-it's about elevating how healthcare organizations work and serve.

Responsibilities:

Optimize end-to-end revenue cycle operations from pre-registration to final payment

Track KPIs like denial rates and A/R aging, and design performance improvement strategies

Collaborate with stakeholders across Revenue Integrity, HIM, and Patient Access

Uncover inefficiencies through data, and build action plans that drive results

Lead root cause analysis for recurring denials and delays

Present insights to leadership and support strategic planning initiatives

Requirements:

3-5 years in revenue cycle management, hospital or health system experience preferred

Deep knowledge of billing workflows, A/R reconciliation, and denial management

Proficient in Excel, EMR systems (Epic, Cerner), and reporting platforms

Clear communicator and problem-solver who can multitask and manage projects

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
