Project Engineer

Opportunity for an Project Engineer to join a growing Multifamily G.C. and forge a career.

This business has built over 4000 units in 8 years and is expanding their operations across TX. Headquartered in Houston, you will be working on a podium/garden style hybrid in Ft. Worth.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Lead Superintendent in coordination of each of the trades

Reporting on project progress and capturing observations in ProCore

Managing RFIs and Change Order process

Ensuring the job site is clean and OSHA compliant

Qualifications

Experience on at least one ground up multifamily projects in excess of $30MM

Expertise in using ProCore software

Ideally be bi-lingual in English and Spanish

Construction related degree
