We are hiring a Human Resources Technician on a contract basis for a great client in El Segundo, CA. This role is perfect for a proactive administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong mix of technical skills and the ability to quickly grasp human resources processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks, and committed to maintaining strict confidentiality. A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Offer technical and administrative support to the Human Resources team, including drafting, editing, and reviewing various forms of correspondence and notices.
Compile data from various sources to prepare specialized reports.
Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, take messages, and manage meeting schedules.
Investigate and address requests for information from the public, internal departments, and external organizations.
Apply and interpret company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Maintain and organize office records, generate statistical reports, and manage activity logs.
Update and manage software databases to keep records accurate and current.
Work closely with internal and external customers to provide efficient and responsive support.
Balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring tasks are completed with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive HR data and processes.
Take on additional duties as needed to support the Human Resources team.
