Role: Power Trader (Virtuals)

Location: New York or Fully Remote

Compensation: $150–220k base + 25–30% of book

What You’ll Be Doing:

Run and scale a Virtuals book with real ownership

Use cutting-edge tech and data to execute your edge

Work alongside a team of high-caliber traders, while having the freedom to trade your own way

Contribute to the growth of a market-leading desk

A solid track record in Virtuals trading

Strong grasp of US power markets and grid dynamics

Sharp risk management and decision-making skills
