Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace.

Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, data management, and scheduling.

Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are up-to-date.

Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and project coordination.

Requirements

Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar clerical role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Docs, Excel) and general computer literacy.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
