Insight Global is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a Manufacturing Client! This opportunity is based out of Phoenix, AZ, and will be on site. Additionally, this opportunity offers quick interviews, competitive rates (ranging from $100K - $135K based off of years of experience) and there is lots of stability and room for growth, as this is a direct hire opportunity.
Must Haves
Ability to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship
Proficiency in system administration tools (e.g., Windows Server, VMware)
Experience with network administration tools (e.g., Cisco)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering
Proven experience designing and implementing complex IT systems (cloud migration, server installation, network refresh)
Excellent verbal communication skills – someone very centered and customer oriented

Job Description
Manages the systems infrastructure and Cybersecurity, oversees the help desk, manages hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance. Monitors and maintains software licensing, software programs, network and systems documentation. Leads and/or assists on IT projects, for local, group and corporate. Performs other related tasks as needed
Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable and reliable IT systems infrastructure.
Manage the Cybersecurity duties: Vulnerability fixing, Incident response, etc.
Implement and configure hardware, software, and networking components.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain system documentation
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integration and compatibility.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
