MEP Sr Project manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) project delivery.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.

Manage project documentation and reporting.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management, with a focus on commercial renovations.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

PMP or similar certification is a plus.
