Rapidly contribute to building Chat and Voice AI products

Own entire products or product lines from scratch

Drive architectural and technical decisions for core systems

Collaborate with co-founders and teams to convert vision into action

Take end-to-end ownership from ideation to deployment and integration

Requirements

3–8 years of hands-on engineering experience

Startup experience strongly preferred; ex-founders highly valued

Bachelor’s degree from a US top-40 ranked college preferred

Backend: Strong in Python; Django experience is a plus

Frontend: Proficient with Next.js, React, and ShadCN

Cloud: Experience with AWS or Google Cloud

Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
