About the Role
Argon Mechatronics is looking for a Robotics Engineering Intern to join our team in North Austin this summer. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity to work with our robotics engineering team on the assembly and testing of cutting-edge robotic arms and humanoid systems.
You’ll gain real-world exposure to startup development cycles, contribute directly to hardware builds, and work alongside experienced engineers and company founders.
What You’ll Work On
Assembling robotic arms and humanoid subassemblies
Designing and integrating end-effectors
CAD modeling in SolidWorks
(Optional) Firmware development and tuning (Arduino, Marlin, G-code)
Hardware testing and debugging
Collaborating on product design and iteration
Who We’re Looking For
Undergraduate or graduate students in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Proficient in SolidWorks, Arduino, and 3D printing
Familiarity with G-code, firmware, or toolpath tuning is a plus
Prior robotics project experience preferred
Eager to learn, build, and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment
