HRIS Analyst, Workday

Your Role
As an HRIS Analyst in our Human Resources team, you will:
Act as a Workday HCM specialist, overseeing integrations and reporting to support HR and Payroll functions.
Provide swift technical assistance by diagnosing and resolving system issues.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and implement Workday-driven solutions.
Maintain and troubleshoot internal and cloud-based integrations, including EIBs.
Assist with recurring projects such as open enrollment, salary reviews, bonus distributions, and year-end activities.
Must-Have Experience
3+ years of Workday experience with deep configuration expertise in:
Recruiting and Onboarding
HCM
Benefits
Time and Absence
Payroll
Advanced Compensation
Strong skills in configurations, process design, data management, security frameworks, and reporting, ideally within a law firm or professional services context.
Preferred Skills
Sharp analytical abilities to tackle intricate technical challenges.
Knowledge of SQL Reporting Services and Power BI (a bonus).
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Thorough understanding of HR workflows and HRIS platforms.

Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
