Project: Advanced Multi-Agent AI Systems for Business Automation:

We're not building simple chatbots. We're developing production-grade, multi-agent AI systems that autonomously coordinate to solve complex business problems. Our flagship product, CareBot, is the first of multiple planned agent systems that will expand into real estate, e-commerce, and other sectors.

Technical Experience:

1. Full-Stack Development Excellence

Backend Development: Expert-level experience with NodeJS or FastAPI/Python for building enterprise-grade microservices

Frontend Mastery: Experience creating intuitive, responsive UIs using modern frameworks like React.js

Advanced Database Expertise: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL with pgvector, database optimization, sharding strategies, and high-performance query design for scalable applications

WhatsApp API Integration: Proven experience implementing WhatsApp Business API for customer communication workflows, including chatbots and automated notifications

API Development: RESTful and GraphQL API design and implementation with proper security controls

2. DevOps and Infrastructure Expertise

Cloud Infrastructure: AWS/Azure/GCP architecture design and implementation

Docker & Containerization: Container orchestration for reliable scaling of multi-agent systems

CI/CD Pipelines: Setting up continuous integration and deployment with proper testing gates

Monitoring & Logging: Implementing comprehensive observability for production systems

3. Security & Compliance (Bonus)

HIPAA Compliance: Experience implementing healthcare data protection standards

Authentication & Authorization: Implementing enterprise-grade security protocols

Data Encryption: Strategies for securing sensitive information at rest and in transit

Penetration Testing: Experience with security evaluation and hardening

4. System Architecture Capabilities

This position is based purely on a equity-share model:

You will receive equity ownership in CareBot and other solutions you help develop

Formal recognition as a Co-Founder with appropriate legal agreements

Full transparency into company finances and operations

Direct involvement in strategic business decisions

Project Timeline & Status:

URGENT NEED: We have an immediate deadline to deliver a working MVP within a week

Our first major client (a Dubai-based owner of five medical centers) finalized their contract and is expecting delivery.
