We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead AI Engineer with deep expertise in Python programming, large language models (LLMs), and convolutional neural networks (CNNs). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a cross-functional engineering team to design, develop, and deploy complex AI/ML solutions. You will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making for our AI initiatives, guiding both technical direction and team development.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.

Technical Skills

- Python: Expertise in writing clean, maintainable, and scalable Python code.

- Machine Learning: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, especially CNNs.

- LLMs: Experience working with transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT), fine-tuning and deployment.

- Frameworks: Proficiency in at least one ML framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Data Engineering: Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

- DevOps: Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is beneficial.

- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering AI/ML projects on time and within scope.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, prioritizing multiple initiatives effectively.
