Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with strong experience in Amazon SageMaker and ML model deployment to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of ML lifecycle, strong coding skills in Python, and experience in CI/CD automation for ML workflows. The candidate should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with on-site presence from Day 1 in Malvern, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage end-to-end ML lifecycle (MDLC/MPLC) using AWS SageMaker.

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment using tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

Monitor deployed models for accuracy, drift, and performance metrics, and implement alerts/automated retraining if required.

Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to productionize ML models.

Create infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to deploy scalable ML solutions.
