Title: Senior Manager of Data Quality and Data Governance (ServiceNow Required)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime/Permanent

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of data quality strategies across the organization.

Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure alignment on data quality objectives.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify data quality issues.

Develop and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs.

Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance data quality competencies among staff.

Report on data quality initiatives and progress to senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues.

Drive initiatives aimed at improving data accuracy and reliability.

Oversee data quality assessments, audits, and continuous improvement processes.

Comprehensive data quality strategy and framework.

Regular data quality assessment reports and dashboards.

Action plans for data quality improvement initiatives.

Documentation of data governance policies and procedures.

Training materials and workshops for data quality awareness.

Monthly progress reports to senior management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of data by implementing various data quality checks and measures. This includes establishing data standards and policies and ensuring adherence to these standards with a focus on improvement of data quality and trust.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business groups to ensure that all quality initiatives are aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives.

Responsible for defining and implementing data quality checks and data reconciliation rules in partnership with business stakeholders, technical data architects and data engineers to ensure data integrity.

Engage with stakeholders across the organization to identify data quality needs, draft requirements, assist in the development of data quality checks, track, monitor, and report of the overall health of data in the organization.

Ensure that all quality-related documentation is complete and accurate, including specifications, procedures, and process flows.

Analyse and extract data from various sources to build user-friendly analytic solutions for business use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent: BE/B- Tech, MCA, MBA • Excellent Communication skill and effectively interact with business user

Preferred qualification!

Proven experience in data management and data quality leadership roles.

Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

Experience with ServiceNow’s products and relational databases

Excellent analytical skills and experience in data analysis tools.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bachelor's degree in data science, information management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Certification in data management or data governance is a plus.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
