The Role:
As an HR Generalist based in our Atlanta office, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and driving HR excellence across the organization. This hybrid position blends hands-on operational work with opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives, including employee engagement, talent development, and process improvement. You’ll be a trusted partner to employees and leaders alike, ensuring HR processes are executed smoothly while helping to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Support:
· Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, I-9 verification, and orientation scheduling.
· Assist in offboarding processes, including exit interviews, system access removal, and compliance with applicable laws.
· Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS data to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
HR Operations & Administration:
· Prepare and process HR-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Support performance review and calibration cycles by preparing materials and tracking completion.
· Maintain and audit key HR trackers (e.g., headcount, compliance, training, etc.).
· Provide administrative support such as scheduling interviews and meetings, preparing correspondence, and document management.
Employee Relations & Policy Support
· Provide first-line support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and tools.
· Collaborate with the Head of HR on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
· Support investigations by gathering documentation and participating in fact-finding efforts.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
· Assist in recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking, and communicating with candidates.
· Participate in initiatives related to learning and development, training logistics, and program rollouts.
· Contribute to compensation review projects and mobility programs, including international assignment coordination.
Employee Engagement:
· Actively participate as a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Board, contributing to the development and execution of DEI strategies along with developing and implementing programs that promote an inclusive work environment.
· Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of employee engagement initiatives, including pulse surveys and feedback collection to measure impact and guide improvements.
· Collaborate with leadership to align HR support with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field – or equivalent HR experience.
Experience:
· 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functional areas.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, SuccessFactors, or similar).
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred:
· PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
· Experience in a global, consulting, or high-growth environment.
· Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
Percentage of required travel: up to 25%
Physical requirements:
· This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
· Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are
determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
