Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Glass & Glazing
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Salary: Up to $130,000 base (depending on experience)

Overview:
I’m currently partnered with a well-established glass and glazing subcontractor in Charlotte, NC that is actively seeking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This company has a strong backlog of commercial projects and is looking for someone with deep industry experience who can take ownership of key projects from start to finish.
What They’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proven leader with a minimum of 5 years in the commercial glass & glazing industry, specifically within a subcontracting environment.

Stick-Built & Unitized Curtain Wall
Window Wall Systems
Glass Canopies
Glass Railings / Handrails
ACM Panels
Punch Windows
Doors and Hardware
Other Custom Architectural Glazing Applications
Responsibilities:
Manage projects from award through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Coordinate with general contractors, architects, field teams, and suppliers
Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress tracking
Maintain strong communication across internal and external stakeholders
Guide and mentor junior team members as needed
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5+ years of relevant glass & glazing subcontracting experience
Track record of delivering complex commercial glazing projects
Proficiency in reading architectural plans and shop drawings
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and project tracking tools
Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
