Details for Spring Machine Operator Manufacturing Position:

· $18.85-19.85 / Hour

Job Duties for Spring Machine Operator Manufacturing Position:

· Read blueprints and job orders to determine specs, tolerances, and operation sequence

· Set up, operate, and monitor machines such as grinders, barrel washers, oil dipping, and heat setting equipment

· Adjust controls to position tools and workpieces and set feeds and speeds

· Inspect parts using quality control gauges and measuring devices

· Conduct quality checks to ensure product meets customer requirements

· Complete daily paperwork and maintain process documentation

· Perform light preventive maintenance and keep work area clean

· Assist team members as needed

· Work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines

· Use good judgment and decision-making skills

· Maintain cleanliness and safety of process at all times

· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place

· Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Spring Machine Operator Manufacturing Position:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Wear PPE as required (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes, etc.)

· Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures

· Ability to stand for duration of shift

· Ability to lift up to 30-50+ lbs

· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
