Main Purpose:Ensure compliance with objectives within Engineering, Maintenance, and Procurement Departments. Provide support, analysis, and administrative management required by applying the policies and standards of the company to achieve favorable results and efficient growth.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Monitor claims process for compliance in SS and B2B: receive, analyze, assign suppliers, and supervise corrective maintenance.
Manage purchase orders, prepare contract annexes, send documents for supplier signature, receive and file signed documents.
Develop, monitor, and provide support with the MONDAY platform as required for general follow-ups (laboratory board for sampling, board for registration and follow-up of quality claims, board for project orders and commercial estimates, board for entry and exit of operators in SS, board for registration and follow-up of HSEC reports in works, board for registration of engineering contract validity). Provide training to suppliers in the use of the MONDAY system.
Assist in crafting reports and presentations for Engineering and Purchasing management. Gather vital information and arrange supplier involvement in HSEC training.
Run and be responsible for documentation for government entities using the MONDAY platform.
Lead documentation for environmental license renewal of SS COCO, CODO, and COLDO sites.
Key Relationships and Department Overview:
High school diploma with additional specialized/technical training, received or pursuing college coursework in industrial engineering or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
