About the Role

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of fostering a productive and supportive work environment. Working closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), you will lead investigations, resolve employee concerns, and help shape workplace culture. You’ll play a vital role in training new leaders, administering the Reach Line, and ensuring adherence to our policies, regulations, and professional standards. What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities:

Analyze workplace scenarios and offer actionable recommendations aligned with company policies and legal guidelines. Provide timely support for leader and employee inquiries, maintaining open communication and detailed records. Lead Reach Line administration, conduct thorough investigations, and document findings within the case management system. Deliver engaging training sessions for new leaders on HR policies and responsibilities. Collaborate with HRBPs on escalated leave of absence, disability, and return-to-work cases. Take on higher-level projects, addressing employee communications and navigating non-routine HR questions.

What You Bring to the Table

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft presentations and lead training sessions.

A strong understanding of key HR functions and policies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools, including spreadsheets.

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

The ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

POSITION SUMMARY

This role performs general day to day functions of employee relations. Investigates and resolves employee relations concerns with oversight by a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). Role provides leaders and HRBPs with support for employee relations investigations. Responsible to train new leaders in basic Human Resources responsibilities. Responsible for Reach Line administration and investigations. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

Two years’ human resources/business or applicable experience.

Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.

Proven analytical, technical and project management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

SHRM or HCRI Certification

Additional experience in Human Resources administration in multiple functional specialties.

Experience in the health care industry.

Additional related education and/or experience.
