CACI is seeking a skilled and innovative AI Web Application Developer to join our team in developing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a passion for artificial intelligence technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications that leverage Generative AI capabilities to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.
More About the Role:
Develop web applications using .NET and C# that integrate Generative AI functionalities
Implement and optimize AI-powered features such as chatbots, question-answering systems, and AI agents
Design and develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) operations to enhance AI model performance
Create and maintain prompt workflows for various AI tasks
Integrate and work with AWS Bedrock and Bedrock knowledgebases
Utilize Anthropic Claude Sonnet for advanced language processing tasks
Works closely with business analysts, UI/UX developers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of AI-powered web applications
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Generative AI and web technologies
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years' of related experience
3+ years of experience in web application development using .NET and C#
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with MySQL database design and management
Familiarity with AWS services, particularly AWS Bedrock
Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and technologies
Experience with implementing chatbots or conversational AI systems
Understanding of RAG operations and prompt engineering
Familiarity with large language models like Anthropic Claude Sonnet
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
AWS certification (AWS Developer Associate or AWS DevOps Engineer Professional)
CompTIA Security+ Certification
Experience with Python
Knowledge of Agile software development
Knowledge and understanding of the DoD or IC communities

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $78,700 - $165,300
