Job Role: - Back Office Sales Executive

Job Roles & Responsibilities: -
Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system.
Coordinate with the front-end sales team to support client requirements.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/database.
Follow up with vendors, internal departments, and logistics teams for order execution.
Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
Handle customer queries via email or phone related to orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team for stock updates.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation and filing.
Assist in post-sales support and resolving client complaints or issue.
Job Requirements & Skills: -
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP SD module / CRM software is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Sales order processing and customer support.
Coordination with sales, vendors, and logistics.
CRM management, data analysis, and report generation.
Inventory monitoring and documentation.
