About the Role:

We're seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Engineer IV to join our dynamic team and drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence in our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex manufacturing engineering projects from concept through implementation.

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes using advanced engineering techniques.

Provide technical expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, automation, and PLCs.

Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production.

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.

Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, automation technologies, and PLC programming/troubleshooting.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
