Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support manufacturing projects from concept through implementation

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes involving hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, automation, and PLCs

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, productivity, and safety

Utilize project management tools to plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, automation systems, and PLC programming

Proven ability to lead and manage engineering projects from start to finish

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
