Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN

Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide routine care, observe client health status, assist with treatments, and communicate with clients and families.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, coordinating appointments, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications include LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, 6 months of nursing experience, and ability to use computer systems.

Salary range: $27.00 - $27.60 per hour.
