Description

Support the PM in managing subcontractors, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and procurement

Help maintain project documentation and coordinate with field teams

Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Assist in ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget

Leverage Procore daily for document control and project tracking

Profile

2-4+ years of construction experience (general contractor or subcontractor background welcome)

Strong familiarity with MEP systems is highly preferred

Proficiency in Procore is a must

Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to learn and grow

Located on the South Shore or willing to commute to Norwell daily

Job Offer

Competitive Base Salary up to $90,000 based on experience

401k + match
