Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Top Regional GC - Lincolnton will be expected to:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities

Manage project documentation, contracts, submittals, and RFIs

Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders

Support budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and project reporting

Profile

The successful Assistant Project Manager - Top Regional GC - Lincolnton should have the following qualifications:

3+ Years experience as a Project Egineer or an Assistant Project Manager

Experience working on commercial projects

BS in Construction Management or related field is preferred

Applicable construction software knowledge

Strong Drive and Motivation!
